Alumnae Membership 101
 
Here are some answers to some FAQ questions about alumnae membership!
 
How much are dues?   What does the money go towards?
Regular member:  $45
Patron member $60
Life Loyal $30
New Graduate $30
Golden Circle $30
As alumnae chapters, we still pay $18 for each membership to our national headquarters in Arlington, and that amount is included in the yearly $45 membership dues.  The other money goes towards our programs, mailings, groups, newsletters and events.  Paying your dues as an alumna is an easy and inexpensive way to continue to support TriDelta!
 
Who qualifies as a "new graduate"?
If you have graduated from college in the past twelve months, you  pay the new graduate dues- this is an incentive to get new collegiate graduates to join their local alumnae chapters!.  After the first year of alumna membership, you will pay the regular membership fee of $45. 
 
Why should I pay my dues as an alumnae?
By being a dues paying member, you receive discounts on general meetings with a fee, you will receive our monthly e-newsletter and quarterly newsletter, you will be included in our membership directory, which provides numerous opportunities for networking and catching up with your sisters.  You are also invited to Care Affair, our annual philanthropy event supporting CURE Childhood Cancer and the Delta Delta Delta foundation.
 
When should I pay my dues and how often?
You only pay your dues once a year. Our membership year is September- May.  Most of our groups and activities are off during the summer months.
 
Why should I pay my dues NOW?  
The year just started and we have numerous upcoming events that you don't want to miss!!!
 
How can I pay my dues? 
You may pay below via Pay Pal or send in a check to Rachel Huenefeld, our treasurer. 
 
Do I need to complete a membership form each year? 
Please fill-out a membership form with all of your information, so that we can be sure you receive all the mailings and information you want-including information about any groups you are interested in joining (20Somethings, Day and Evening Book Clubs, Delta Night group).  After we have your information, all you have to do each year is update your address/email/work info as needed, and pay your dues.
 
I am Life Loyal-why do I still need to pay my membership dues?
Local alumnae chapters do not receive the money from Life Loyal.  The dues that you pay to our chapter go towards our local programming, mailings, and events.
